Would it help if they played the 2nd half first?

You could not get a more tense finish than that against the grief wallahs, but people were leaving the ground from before the 80 minute mark. What the fuck is the point in coming, if you miss probably the most important segment of the game.

Happens all the time but Saturday could be that some simply couldn't face trying to get back to their seats in the general scrum.

When I used to go regularly to games with my mates we would have done much the same. I don't feel I have to watch the game avidly. I went to games for the event and to meet up with my West Ham family rather than act like a Sky TV groupie fawning over the latest overpaid mercenary. Lets face it you aren't going to miss much and there's more to going to the football than just the match. At least there used to be. The modern day fans don't seem to get it.

Did you not feel uncomfortable with 50 blokes watching you have a piss?

Where I sit in the East Stand I have seen many other season ticket holders and day trippers playing with their mobile phones and not watching the match.

Remember during the 2011/12 season, I spent a whole game on the concourse with another WHOer jawing for the whole game without once popping up. Not planned, just good company.

You would have been better off not watching that second half performance.

Palace at the LS I went to get some beers in with us 0-1 down at HT, the queue was so long that by the time I had got served we had already equalised and everyone had rushed back to their seats.
Stood there with a couple of drinks and couldn't help noticing how many piss heads there were swaying while necking down rows of pints lined up on the shelves. By the time I had emptied the old one eyed monster and got back to my seat it was 3-1!

I'll generally have 8 pints before a game, so no chance of not having a piss for 2 hours.
And I rarely rush back when having a beer at half-time, though it's been a long time since I went to football for the football.
I imagine a load of the older fellas are exactly the same.

I've heard it said on several occasions that you are a Knicker Wetter.
This thread serves as confirmation of your unfortunate status.

Firstly why did you piss on mark?
Secondly why is Mark's nickname 70th min?
Thirdly why can't you control your bladder for the duration of a football match?
